Electrical Maintenance Engineer Qualifications : Diploma Electrical Experience : 4 - 5 years Note - Local Bangalore Candidate Preferred Role Purpose: 1 CNC MACHINE & CONVENTIONAL MACHINES ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE & BREAKDOWN ACTIVITY 2 CNC MACHINE & CONVENTIONAL MACHINES HYDRAULIC & PNUEMATIC MAINTENANCE & BREAKDOWN ACTIVITY 3 UTILITY (EOT CRANES,DG , AIR COMPRESSOR, FORKLIFT, STACKER, HAND PALLET TRUCK, ETC.& ETP & STP MAINTENANCE & BREAKDOWN ACTIVITY 4 MTTR, MTBF, CO-ORDINATION WITH PRODUCTION PEOPLE, ZERO BREAKDOWN MAINTAINING, SOLVE MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS 5 WORK ALLOTMENT IN MAINTENANCE PERSONS, CAPA , KAIZEN, SUGGESTIONS, SAFETY 6 Preparation of PES-IMS manual 7 Monitoring and measuring improvement activities carried out by team 8 Implementation of quality and environmental objectives defined for Plant Engineering Service team 9 Proposal for annual target setting for Plant Engineering Service team team 10 Training needs assessment of Plant Engineering Service team 11 To review performance indicator and ensure that they are under control / improving 12 To Assist GM for planning and execution of new/Improvement projects. 13 Verifying corrective and preventive actions implemented for breakdown 14 Motivating team in improvement activities of Quality & Environmental management system 15 Compiling legal requirements as per schedule 16 Monitoring the legal changes at defined frequency 17 Conducting mock drill of fire explosion, Oil spillage, fall from height, electric shock, cut injuries (First aid), Hit by moving vehicles 18 To maintain Plant and Utility machinery to ensure uninterrupted quality. 19 Production by effective Preventive Maintenance Planning and implementation. 20 To arrange and carryout safety checks for plant machinery and equipments. 21 To maintain document/record as per quality management systems. 22 To initiate improvements for cost, quality and delivery. 18 To track maintenance Expenditure to have proper control. 19 To Co-ordinate with External Agencies for Statutory & Regulatory compliance and for Maintenance Activities. 20 Periodic conducting of safety committee meeting 21 Planning of spares and resources required for Plant machinery and equipments to increase up time. 22 To assess, arrange and verify resources to achieve Quality & Environmental objectives 23 New candidate selection in department 24 Sanctioning the leaves to all staff in the department 25 Authorized to stop any function in organization when abnormality noticed in safety 26 Create a learning culture by Identification of training needs in line with competency model and ensure implementation of training plan 27 Disposal of hazardous & non-hazardous waste as per planned arrangements 28 Approval of IMS document changes for PES department through document change note 29 Conducting 5S audit across organization as per schedule 30 Execute preventive maintenance schedule / break down. 31 To maintain Plant and Utility machinery to ensure uninterrupted quality. 32 Production by effective Preventive Maintenance Planning and implementation. 33 To initiate improvements activities to meet goal of Quality, cost, delivery and prevent land, air, water & noise pollution 34 To track maintenance Expenditure to have proper control. 35 Maintaining quality and environmental objectives defined for PES as per given target 36 Implementing corrective & Preventive actions measured for breakdown 37 To implement the suggestions received from inter-departments 38 Assisting to conduct mock drill of fire explosion, Oil spillage, fall from height, electric shock, cut injuries (First aid), Hit by moving vehicles 39 Monitoring legal requirements and Periodic updation of compliance status 40 Civil works planning and compare the vendors 41 All project works execution. ,
