Donor Database Executive Location: Bengaluru - Amnesty International India Donor Database Executive Location: Bengaluru Donor Database Executive Location: Bengaluru Donor Database Coordinator Annual Salary (CTC): This position is responsible to key in the donor information shared in NACH mandate on a daily basis to Salesforce (CRM) and send it to bank. Needs to coordinate with F2F team and Tele- Marketing team and reconcile on mandates count at regular intervals. Job Responsibilities Data validation and entry Handling donor queries received via e- mail, call, WhatsApp Excellent negotiation and convincing skills Ability to provide information clearly and effectively Ability to manage information and data. Coordinating mandate submissions with the bank Coordinating with F2F team leaders to reduce the time lag in the submission of the mandates Reporting to team leaders in case of challenges in processing the mandates Skills and Requirements Excellent in spoken English +2 or Graduate Committed, Ambitious and Friendly.
