At least 2 years of experience in Spices industry. Exposure to Odisha mandatory.3) Must have handled minimum 2 zones of Odisha, during his professional career.4) Excellent communication skills, with good proficiency in spoken and written English and spoken Oriya as well as Hindi.5) Should not be habitual alcoholic, smoker, chewer of tobacco.6) Physical fitness is essential i.e., the candidate should not have BP, Diabetes, any chronic heart ailment or knee related problems in last 5 years.7) Very good analytical skills.8) Excellent Computer Skills in MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word and MS Outlook. Should be capable of carrying out research and acquiring relevant data for any Market Research activity.9) Should possess exceptional network that can be used in appointing new Super Stockists, Distributors, etc. in Odisha and if required across the country.10) Should be willing to constantly learn and at the same time be happy to share his knowledge with others.11) Preferred that the candidate should have achieved a yearly target of 30 crores atleast once in his career.12) Should be capable of Multi-tasking and dealing with challenges. Should be capable of coming up with multiple solutions for the same problem with pros and cons with each solution, thus enabling the top management to quickly arrive at a decision.13) Must be a go getter and self-motivated, with willingness to take full ownership and drive the performance of the company in his designated area of responsibility.14) Should have an eye for detail and be thorough in all his works.15) Should be capable of setting time-based goals for himself and his team and be able to achieve them.16) Need to evaluate performance of Sales Representatives reporting to him.17) Should participate wholeheartedly in documentation which may seem excessive, as SAP is under implementation and many processes are being streamlined.18) Should act as a Change Agent to drive the existing team towards the organisational goal being a part of the change management.19) Excellent leadership skills to lead the team by example and motivate, nourish, mentor the team members to constantly develop each one of them.20) Must maintain a healthy, trusting, respectful and warm environment with all other departments so that the organisational objectives are achieved in a harmonious, peaceful, effective and efficient manner.21) Need to work like a partner to the company, placing the interest of the company above the interest of the department or himself to accept and work with restrictions, yet achieve the expected deliverables.Salary Package:Best as per Industry StandardPage 1 of 1,
