Job Description

Reporting to the SVP of the International H&D HUB and working as a critical member of the HUB senior leadership teams. He will play a critical role helping to shape and guide the future growth and development of the Hub organization.Key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Serves as a critical advisor to the HUB SVP working in close partnership with the Countries & the H&D Strategy Team.
  • Serves as representation for the SVP on critical matters within Strategy as well as across the HUB on strategic initiatives for all H&D segments under the HUB.
  • Acts as a connector within the HUB, between HUBs, and across the organization to ensure an H&D approach to solving our most critical strategic business challenges and identifying opportunities for leverage and value creation for the geographies under the HUB s remit.
  • Go-to person for the HUB s near-term market view & long-term strategic market trends evolution
  • Accountable for mapping the competitive landscape of the HUB with Commercial and Marketing teams and establishing a regular feedback loop with the H&D Strategy team
The position is responsible for establishing and leading cross-functional strategic project initiatives. S/he will work to achieve strategic initiative goals and desired outcomes to position the HUB for future success. To accomplish this, the position must leverage superior business acumen and interpersonal savvy to effectively coach and influence country operations. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Strategy, Planning & Execution: Lead the 3-year Strategic Planning campaign with the respective country Operations, in liaison with H&D Strategy team. Support the HUB SVP in aligning strategic level marketing projects and programs to drive execution against the most critical HUB priorities.
  • Transform: Develop multi-year roadmap with specific actions needed to achieve the HUB goals. Ensure that funding and resources are prioritized and committed to achieve strategic goals and desired outcomes. Measure and monitor the outcomes and revise future strategy and plans accordingly. Pivot where necessary in alignment with global Strategy team.
  • Strategic Initiatives Lead multiple strategic initiatives on behalf of the HUB SVP to drive value creation across the organization such as ESG business initiatives, new services acquisitions, new GTM pilots, acquisitions. Interface directly with the country operations organization to drive cross-business collaboration and achievement of shared goals.
  • Leadership: Work collaboratively with the H&D Strategy team and other critical leaders across the organization on all aspects of day to day execution for the HUB as per HUB priorities.
  • Serve as proxy to the HUB SVP, sometimes acting as a gatekeeper ensuring the involvement of the HUB SVP in a project or decision-making process at the right moment.
  • Management Process: Support the delivery of Strategic priorities through strategic project planning and management, QBRs S/he will be accountable for generating metrics, developing governance standards, driving process planning and mapping.
  • Communications: Partner closely with Communications team to develop and execute on a strategic communications plan that engages and inspires employees. Assist or coordinate content creation for key communication materials to be used internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Finance or related field required. Advanced degree highly preferred
  • 14+ years experience working in marketing and/or operations roles within large, global, multifaceted organizations
  • Demonstrated experience in leading Planning and Process Improvement strategies
  • International experience preferred
  • Thorough understanding of finance, systems and marketing; broad experience with the full range of business functions and systems, including strategic development and planning, budgeting, business analysis and marketing
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and demonstrated excellence with data management, and use of related tools
  • Demonstrated project management skills
