Job Description

Director of Digital job opportunity in Bengaluru/Bangalore with a global IT Infrastructure Consulting organisation for a professional holding at least 10+ years experience in HR Digitization domain domain. You will use your working experience in HR Transformation, Digitization and automation to strength and automating the HR processes. Responsibilities:

  • Charting out the annual plans while designing the HR digitalization and automation plan, in line with the group HR strategy
  • Identifying and detailing out the initiatives to be executed each year
  • Driving HR process efficiency
  • Leveraging digital to enhance employee experience
  • Supporting the TA leads in driving employer brand through right digital mediums
  • Building relevant HR dashboards / MIS to track effectiveness of HR processes
  • Assessing and evaluating various HR technology platforms / solutions available in the market.
  • Driving implementation of the relevant platforms within organization (including standardization of HR Technology across different geographies) to efficiently manage HR processes in collaboration with HR CoEs and IT team
  • Carrying out automated analytics and creating dashboards also pushing the MIS reports through automated channel.
  • Setting up an internal knowledge repository and source relevant content from the business functions
  • Managing people within the team and taking responsibility for performance driven culture while contributing towards development of team
Requirements:
  • MBA HR from premium Institute/University is preferred
  • Should have worked on HR automation and Digitalization
  • In depth knowledge of all domains of HR including Manpower planning, Talent Acquisition, C&B, OD & Talent Management and other functions of HR
  • Strategic thinker having and excellent analytical skills
  • Should be customer focussed
  • Should have people management skills
