Responsibilities:- Conceptualize the content strategy for Licious across touchpoints of brand equity, acquisition, retention, blog, category & on platform, SEO and social media that is in-line with the brands image and impacts business results. Setup a clear strategy-to-execution roadmap- Editing and proofreading all content generated by the team to ensure adherence to brand tone of voice and quality standards- Develop content marketing innovation and creative solutions along with cross functional teams to build rich content and make it the moat and differentiator for brand Licious- Maintain, develop and execute the master content calendar for targeted brand, retention and tactical campaigns- Create and maintain best practices, guidelines and playbooks for consistency and continuity throughout the content stack- Track, analyse and report all content performance KPIs- Plan and manage the content creation marketing budget- Manage a team of writers and content creators - recruiting, training, hand holding & mentoring. Collaborate with the art team to deliver all creatives- Work with partner creative agencies to fulfil campaign and creative mandatesRequired Skills & Experience:- Must be passionate about meat and the category- Minimum 12 years of experience in developing content for digital first / ecommerce consumer facing brands- At least 6 years as a content team lead or in a managerial role- Experience/understanding of the start-up industry and culture- Core writing skill and experience is mandatory- Strong attention to detail and editing capability- Comfort with analytics and capability to make decisions based on data- Updated knowledge of new content marketing industry trends and platformsGood to Have:- Experience in writing for / creating content for different platforms and verticals, both digital and mainline- Understanding or experience in brand management- Basic understanding of design and well developed sense of aesthetics- Understanding of digital media (performance + equity) campaign planning and measurement,
