Job Description

In this position you will be managing a team that works on Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE. This is an identity-based access control policy platform that enables enterprises to enforce compliance, enhance infrastructure security and streamline their service operations in any environment wired, wireless or VPN. Its unique architecture allows enterprises to gather real time contextual information from network, users, and devices to make proactive governance decisions by tying identity back into various network elements including access switches, wireless controllers, VPN gateways, and data center switches.Who Youll Work WithThe identity services evolution team is a group of high energy, customer focused engineers who bring diverse perspectives and experiences to bear on the toughest engineering challenges.Who You AreA qualified candidate will possess:

  • Hands on experience on Java, J2EE (Servlets, JSP, EJB, XML), Struts Framework, MVC architecture, Browser based technologies (CSS, JavaScript etc).
  • Application Servers, JMS, JDBC, Open Source tools
  • Experience in relational databases like Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL
  • Exposure to AAA, radius, 802.11, wireless technologies
  • MS/BS in computer science or engineering
  • 12+ years of software development experience
  • 8+ years in management
  • Exceptional communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence
  • Outstanding leaderships skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Proven track record of successfully leading the agile teams
  • Security domain/security testing knowledge a big plus
