It is an integrated, fully managed service, and persona-driven Data Warehouse as a Service solution, suitable for SAP and non-SAP customers offering reduced deployment complexity, flexible pricing with integration to SAP Intelligent Enterprise Suite solutions, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform services, Partner solutions and open-source technologies.THE ROLETake care of all aspects of people management (hiring, performance, talent management, people and team development, skills etc.).Delivery against commitments of technical and functional product roadmap items.Manage both internal and external dependencies and stakeholders required for product development and feature delivery.Define clear lines of accountability within agile development teams according to strategic goals and the organizational vision.Put our organizational values into practice, build high-performing teams, foster trust, and drive increased employee engagement.Support in solving organizational and technical challenges by generating and moderating discussions, providing strategy and direction.Should be able to build an end-to-end understanding of features across various components.Problem-solving and issue resolution are necessary to unblock team deliveries.Customer interaction, support/escalation handling, and presentations as needed.ROLE REQUIREMENTS10+ years of hands-on experience in software development.Experience in leading teams and possess strong team-building skills.Strong problem-solving skills. Great soft skills and proven ability to build a culture that revolves around people and openness.Excellent technical skills especially in cloud-based SaaS application development and microservice architecture.Able to cope with collaboration across organizations and geographies to solve problems and elaborate product requirements. Possess solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Analytics, and HANA DB would be preferred.,
