Our marketing and commerce technologists work with the customers from strategy, design definition to execution and management of platforms. Our focus is across: Service design, UX design and Visual design services for end to end engagement platforms Platform consulting and strategy Engineering services: Content based engagement platforms, eCommerce platforms, campaign management and marketing analytics. We are currently looking for a Design Head to lead the team of designers and drive growth of this business. Role: Design Practice Head for Digital Marketing and Commerce Responsibilities Execute biz plan including design service offerings, solutions, partners and customer relationships Drive design thinking and design led transformation across Commerce and Marketing engagements Build & mature design offering focused on Digital Marketing and Commerce platforms Build team of designers through hiring and talent upscaling Presales support in identifying, pursuing, closing sales opportunities, including proposal creation and presentation Accountable for delivering solutions for sold engagements, provide design leadership and support to design teams Though leadership internal and external to help market positioning with customers, partners and analysts Research and showcase knowledge in the industry s latest trends and technologies in context of UX and other areas of design Skills & Experience Degree in Design and relevant experience 10+ years of experience as lead design strategist Currently leading a team of designers Strong experience handling in Sales and Presales activities for deal creation. Ability to imaginatively anchor and facilitate business/impact design workshops. Strong articulation ability and express concepts visually,
