Roles and ResponsibilitiesGreetings from Futures And Careers,We are currently looking for Deputy Manager - Data Science with 8 to 12 years exp - Bangalore location.JOB DESCRIPTIONRoles and responsibilities:The candidate will be responsible for developing predictive models using wide range of data sources (both structured and unstructured)The ideal candidate would be adept at understanding customers business challenges and defineappropriate analytics approachCandidate should possess good communication and can communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, both technical and businessAbility to accurately comprehend business requirements and being able to translate technical results into easily understood business outcomesHe / She would be responsible for creating Presentations, reports etc to present theanalysis findingsClaims Transformation:Experience in predictive models to identify early subrogated recovery, triage and missed recovery across claims value chain.Experience in building predictive Models at FNOL and provide recommendations to improve settlements for low value claims and to reduce overall claims expense.Using text analytics to build indicators and score individual claims from unstructured data such as claim notes, investigation reports and call centre logs.Using Cluster techniques to identify patterns or behaviour of Claimants Perpetrating FraudModelling the drivers of Net promoter score to determine the factors leading to customer satisfaction & retentionQUALIFICATIONSTechnical expertise:The person should be competent in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn etc.), possess high levels of analytical skills and have experience in the creation and/or evaluation of predictive models.Ideal candidate should have hands on experience using Machine Learning techniques like Clustering, Logistic regression, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting Machine, SVM, Deep learning etc.Good knowledge of model development / data wrangling experience using PythonTools experience - Python (mandatory), R (preferred)Experience processing large amount of data using BigData technologies is preferredADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Functional/ Other expertise:Good exposure to BFSI domain especially insuranceEducational Qualification: Masters in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Econometrics from Tier 1 institutions Or BE/ B-Tech, MCA or MBA from Tier 1 institutionsRelevant Experience: 8+ years of hands on experience in developing predictive modelsExperience with Agile project delivery methodology and knowledge of using JIRA is highly preferredLocation : BangaloreNotice Period : Immediate joiners / 15 to 30 Days.Interested candidates can apply or email to the below mentioned mail ID.Best Wishes,Nivetha Shri SFutures And CareersM +91 9600256788E nivetha.s@futuresandcareers.com,
