* Roles and Responsibilities The department eDrive, Hybrids & Powertrain EE is responsible for Software Development, EE Validation, BTVs, Data engineering and analytics, Methods & Tools for eDrive as well as hybrids for passenger cars.In the team e(PT) Data Analytics and Tools you will be responsible for three different verticals viz. Data Analytics, Engineering tools and methods, SW Toolchains:Manage teams operationally to support day to day businessStakeholder management - interaction with counterparts at MBC and other business units, support departments, suppliers etc.Work closely with COCs for Data Analytics at MBRDI as well as Daimler and develop/support future business strategyDrive innovation in the vertical and support innovation offensive at MBRDI levelEmployee engagement and development regular interaction with your employees to understand their development needs and take steps to support themSupport head of the department with department related activities (administrative as well as cross functional)Program management - Budgetary and execution to meet the customer requirements, optimally create and manage resources and ensuring quality and timelines of delivery goals.Together with your team, you will be responsible for following:Data engineering and Analytics activities for hybrids and eDrivesTools and method development to support engineering activities in PT areaSW toolchain development and support, *Qualifications Bachelor/Masters/PhD in Technical or engineering based studies in electrical/electronics, computer science or other relevant disciplines; Specialization or Certification in AI/ML and BigData Analytics from reputed organization would be an advantage.10-15 years of experience in the relevant area; proven leadership abilities (operational and strategic); proven business development abilities; proven innovation track recordExperience in automotive/powertrain domain will be an added advantageFluency in German language will be an added advantage
