Job Description

deputy director sales & marketing in bengaluru / bangaloreOne of our Client leading Haevy Machinery Industry is looking for Deputy Director - Sales & Marketing position for Bangalore Location. JD: BE (Mech/Chem) with 20-25 years of experience in Sales & Marketing from Metal / Steel/ Metal Forming Industry. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing companys overall sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Acquisition and negotiation of capital projects according to the valid product portfolio with the support of the technical sales department of the product segments
  • Communicate a clear, startegic sales vision. Turn around logging and prepare companies for fast growth and profitability.
  • Must have knowledge of Commercial Agreements/Contracts, terms and conditions and can prepare estimation.
  • Should be able to conduct technical and commercial meetings with customers.
  • Proven track-record of generating new business through strategic negotiation while cultivating new relationships with key decision makers.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively, meet the customer, socialize, and must maintain friendly relation with customer
