Earliest you could join : We are looking for this candidate of Analytics Resource: to use modern technology and state-of-the-art data mining & analysis techniques to conduct statistical & quantitative analyses and build high quality prediction systems to build and enhance predictive modelling ; to utilize machine learning to build competitive recommendation engines comparable to those employed by service firms; and, to guide and grow the data science team. Key Responsibilities

• - Daily Usage of Oracle based Customer Analytics solution
• - Work closely with the Global teams and agency partners to get ensure correct data formats for campaign targeting
• - Hypothesis creation, test design, reporting and campaign optimization.
• - Segmentation and predictive modelling to identify opportunities to generate business value growth and inform strategic decisions.
• - Create templates and processes for repeat queries and reporting needs
• - Provide weekly activity reports with insights to internal stakeholders
• - Work as the primary point of contact for marketing ad hoc data requests
• - Upskill the FAMILY/CRM and Marketing Intelligence teams on the Oracle tools

Skills and Qualifications

• Significant knowledge of developing machine learning models and applying advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Strong proficiency with programming languages: R, Python, SQL, or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency with applied statistics, such as statistical testing, regression analysis, and multivariate analysis.
• Experience constructing and executing queries to extract data in support of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and model development.
• Experience with unsupervised and supervised machine learning techniques, methods and algorithms: K-means, K-nearest neighbour, Na ve Bayes, Hierarchical, Principal Component Analysis, etc.
• Hands on with VBA, SQL, R/Python and should be able to read and interpret data
• Relevant 4 years of experience
• Experience working with large-scale/ cloud-based data sets and databases, either unstructured (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Snowflake) and structured (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake).
• Experience with visualization tools and techniques (e.g., ggplot2,/ Tableau / Power BI).
• Degree in Statistics/Quantitative Analyses, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, or other related technical fields with equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communications skills
