The company specializes in the design of lightweight rugged aero structures, miniaturized avionics, autonomous flight control systems and user interface software for UAS.Specific Responsibilities: Coordinate with existing clients and customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Control and manage the process of urgent orders Responsible for timely delivery of orders, Joint receipt inspections and customer training. Discuss, control and manage special orders and requirements Address the proper people to solve problems in case of errors Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders Give advice on logistical and commercial solutions or alternatives Improve processes and way of working which are beneficial for both our department and the customers Understanding capabilities of the system and remotely troubleshooting issues faced by customer. Logging queries and support tickets and following up on them to get it completed. Education, Skills & Experience: Skills: Strong planning and analytical skills Ability to vision and plan for the dynamic market and changing Strategic bend of mind and ability to follow through with stringent timelines Experience: 2- 3 years of prior experience in customer support or service support required.,
