You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.You will own the post contract client relationship and be responsible for delivering the agreed deliverables. You will have ample support to succeed from different departments like provider relations, operations, corporate sales and customer success teams to help you deliver the corporate client a seamless experience. This role is critical to the vision of our company as customer satisfaction is the one of the primary business metric for us. Our existing client base includes many leading multinationals, three of Indias largest private health insurance companies, top Indian conglomerates etc., providing a great foundation for accelerated growth.Compensation: Market standardsMajor Responsibilities:As a Client Servicing Manager, you will- Own relationships with large enterprise accounts and blue-chip channel partners- Manage the post contract service delivery and ensure that the SLAs are resolved within the agreed TAT.- Be responsible for smoothly conducting corporate health check and other wellness programs- Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to set/manage expectations and to get deliverables executed within the agreed timelines- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients and channel partners.- Identify and encash on up-selling opportunities during the engagement.- Responsible for client retention and renewals.- Travel and co-ordinate for on-site camps in Bangalore/other cities (if need be)Requirements:1. Experience in healthcare/public health/wellness industry2. Prior Corporate Account Management experience.3. Strong Project Management skills along with unrelenting client focus4. Problem-solver, eager to learn, self-starter, goal-oriented5. Meticulous and detail-oriented approach6. Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills7. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.,
