We are looking for professionals who can deliver the following:
  • Fuel Growth:Source and hire the top talent to bring the clients strategy to life and drive superior performance.
  • Present client-value proposition:Conduct role briefing with candidates, effectively communicate the opportunity, and drive offer acceptance.
  • High touch candidate relationship management:Build credibility, trust, and positive relationships; and drive candidate engagement throughout the entire recruitment life cycle
At least 2 years experience in US outbound sales / US mortgage sales / US recruitment calling or 3 years experience in any US outbound calling process is mandatory for this role. You have to be fluent in both spoken and written English.
