Job Description

    Location: Bangalore.Working Days: 6 Days WFOExperience - 1- 4yrsRoles & Responsibilities:
    • Establish, develop, and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.
    • Lead generation & proactive follow-ups on leads, convincing, and conversion.
    • Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
    • Minimum 3-4 appointments with clients on a daily basis.
    • Good presentation and sales closing skills.
    • Maintain daily reports.
    Requirements:- Language priority would be Hindi- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.- Experience Candidates- Preferable from Ed-Tech background- Excellent in sales with a positive attitude and team player.- Need to be good with Math Calculations- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with customers.- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.- Highly organized with exceptional follow up skills.- Driven, self-motivated and organized .- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota.- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
