Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:-Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets, promoting products and services, and identifying new sales opportunities- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers- Utilize sales techniques and strategies to meet sales goals and objectives- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and customer service goals- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and sales performanceRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office applications, and sales software
