DescriptionPosition Title Customer Project ManagerJob Function Customer Project Management for VED Projects Is responsible for the operational supervision for Vehicle Dynamics project (for the overall project) Plans, coordinates and directs the product development and the project team, respectively the sub team, by using defined processes and methods and tools.Principal Activities Reports the progress and status of the project internally (within the project team and towards line organization) and externally (towards customer for the overall project or focussed on the development discipline). Is member of the Integrated Project Team (IPT) and is the primary internal and external interface for the project regarding the overall project. Support Business Unit during new project acquisitionKnow How Requirements Education Degree in Engineering [ 7-12 years of experience in Automotive industry ; 3+ years of Project Management experience ] Project and/or Process Experience ABS/ ESC/ Brake product know-how Experience in Automotive development projects. Working experience in a matrix organization Experience in Customer interaction Excellent administration performance in tracking detected issues, responsible persons and solution-timing Good team player, problem solving oriented, flexibility, ability to take good decisions (win-win) quickly. Handling intercultural differences Other Requirements Intercultural / International Experience : Germany, China, Japan (preferable) Office location will be in Bangalore.,
