By enabling customers, we become a lasting partners to their success!The candidate will engage, excite and educate customers and prospects to drive product adoption, champion the community building efforts and build customer advocacy.Your Day-to-Day:

  • You will drive the Customer Education initiative for the business by finding innovative ways to enable customers to ramp up quickly and become product specialists. You will also manage a Global Training and Certification calendar.
  • You will device innovative programs to engage eLearning online Community. You will develop a coordinated strategy with community influencers to build a community that is buzzing with discussions, contests, events, guest podcasts and content! You will listen to social media, drive customer reviews and amplify advocacy.
  • You will launch the new Customer Advisory Board that will seek at engage leadership of top accounts into a dialogue with Adobe Leadership. In the process you will build lasting relationship, solicit genuine product feedback and acquire sales references that can be used by our sales team to grow into new accounts.
  • You will collaborate with the engineering to continuously evolve the community and education platform. You will work with the agencies to provide content feedback to continuously improve the customer facing content to ensure meets Adobe standard quality.
Requirements
  • The candidate should have 5 years of demonstrated ability in customer marketing, CAB programs, building and continuously improving education programs.
  • Should be passionate about customer retention marketing for B2C and B2B customers.
  • Should understand standard methodologies around onboarding, training, and continuous bilateral customer engagement.
  • Experience in eLearning field is helpful. Master s degree or equivalent work experience required.
