Managing accounting and documentation activities2. Managing banking activities3. Managing Payments activities4. Managing Tax/Statutory compliance5. Managing ROC compliance6. Attending Audit requirements7. Attending Assessment related activities8. Management reporting9. Cash verification and control10. Ensures all the accounting process is IT enabled (where applicable).11. Ensures All department personals are well trained and effectively using existing ERP software.Secondary (Desirable):12. Attending activities like rating activities of CRISIL, ICRA, CIBIL, etc.13. Providing necessary information to Finance team with respect to loan processing documents relating to financials, projections, provisions and etc.14. Various calculation with respect to accounting, budgeting, ledger clarification with third party etc.15. Conducting/organizing group discussions with team members16. Companies incorporation, takeover, Dematerialization17. Fund management18.
