Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities Qualification : B.E/ B.Tech/M.Tech Exp: 0 to 5 Yrs Location : Bangalore ( WFO ) What will you do as a Content Strategist
    • Develop world-class content for courses on various subjects taught in colleges across India.
    • Understand the industry requirements and develop courses to help students meet high standards
    • Create engaging and structured content by coordinating with Experts and ensuring the best student learning experience
    • Make complex concepts simple to understand
      • Plan and execute student competency assessment
      • Work closely with senior faculty, freelancers, and global industry leaders
      • Collaborate with the business development team to meet content production deliverables
      • What are our requirements
        • B Tech/ BE from Electronics and Communications/Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering/ Computer Science Engineering.
        • Master in Higher Education/ Technology, Education & Innovation is preferred
        • Having prior Teaching or content development experience is a preferred qualification. However, Freshers are welcome to apply.
        • Do research and build content with passion and excitement
        • Having a good understanding of graduate student learning and how to create a great learning experience
        • Proficient in English both verbal and written.
        • Ideating the concept and relating it with real-life examples and situations.
        Selection Process
        • Shortlisting of profiles received on the basis of academic credentials.
        • Shortlisted candidates will be mailed.
        • Written test which tests basic understanding of engineering (stream-specific) , ability to ideate the concept and basic aptitude and reasoning.
        • Interview with Content Manager and/or Content Head
        • Interview with HR
