Since 2011, Vedantus impactful learning programs have successfully helped students achieve amazing learning outcomes.Roles and responsibilities:We are looking for a Consumer and Market Insights Manager who will design and execute market research as well as user research to drive new product development, marketing strategy and go-to-market tactics for Vedantus Early Learning and Specialty programs. In this role you will work closely with the product and business team and play a pivotal role in defining the direction of Vedantus programs. Your responsibilities will include:- Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify problem statements- Planning and implementing user research strategies and methodologies- Conducting qualitative as well as quantitative research relying on primary as well as secondary research- Talking to existing and potential customers to understand their needs and behaviour- Doing a competitor analysis to understand product offerings and features- Devising actionable strategies from consumer insights- Reporting and presenting your findings to drive new product development and marketing strategiesEligibility and Experience:- Minimum 3 years experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research- Strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights from data- Strong business awareness and understanding of profitability and efficiency drivers- Strong communication and presentation skills- MA in Design or Sociology or a Graduate Degree in a numerate discipline, About Vedantu:Vedantu is a live online tutoring company that enables students to learn LIVE with some of Indias best teachers.
