Job Description

    Client Living Labs are the joint innovation centers with clients. These are 1:1 strategic innovation engagements with clients. The purpose is to look at the client s problems and opportunities in a proactive manner, ideate and incubate emerging technology led solutions. The relationship also looks at creating insights on technology and business trends, leverage the Infosys ecosystem and build a scale to the innovation. Innovation anchor is expected to be the SPOC from Infosys, who engages with the client organization, including their business leaders and drive the innovation agenda. Build relationship with client business and technology leaders and build a pipeline of problem and opportunity statements. Work as part of a core team to maintain the strategic alignment of the Living Labs with the client s strategic objectives. Help bridge the business and technology conversations by explaining the requirements, possibilities and constraints to each other. Coordinate the development of PoCs with the help of the delivery anchor, typically located offshore. Coordinate other innovation activities, such as innovation workshops, hackathons, ideation campaigns, startup engagement etc by involving the appropriate teams from Infosys side to deliver them. Key Requirement Excellent oral and written communication skills, including an ability to articulate the nuances of the design, requirements and technology to client and delivery teams. Understand the latest technology trends and the innovative solutions that other customers in the same domain have adopted. The role may not require hands on programming work but strong hands on technology experience in past is helpful for the candidate. Ability to understand the customer s domain and business. Any technology consulting experience will be a big plus. Leads are expected to conduct innovation workshops with the customers to identify their business problems. So, the ability to conduct such meetings, facilitate dialog and ideation and ability to capture the outcome is essential. Ability to give demos on various Infosys IPs and solutions to the customer Past exposure to agile methodology and development cycles. Other Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. If the location is in a non English speaking country, fluency with the local language. Strong understanding of the Design Thinking Ability to think out of the box, grasp and appreciate other people s ideas and help nurture them .,
