Job Description Provide support for day to day global operational activities for Windows team including administering Windows Servers Platform , SCCM , IIS , clusters , DFS , GPO , Windows file servers , etc. Produce regular on going (day 2 day activities) reports for management , capacity planning and consolidation. Perform H / W monitoring and maintenance Configure , Troubleshoot monitor and remediate issues related to Server infrastructure and work with vendor support as needed. Responsible for patching Windows servers with SCCM and WSUS. Deployment and configuration of new virtual servers with application installations. Participate in global Windows projects in design , planning and implementation phases of projects. Developing processes and technical documentation for global standards Work on diverse set of tools and ability to work in a geographically dispersed team to support operations in various time zones. Responsible for on - call schedule with other team members weekly. The Candidates will also have to possess necessary partial skills in troubleshooting and administration in VMWare and Citrix XenApp products. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred Excellent command of English language Experience with leading end - to - end technical infrastructure projects in a large - scale company. 5+ years in Windows Server platform Design , Engineering and Operations Scripts preparation & Automation for Windows Server environment (PowerShell experience will be a plus) Good Knowledge in Active Directory and DNS infrastructure. HP Orchestrator (Micro focus) flows development experience is an advantage. Pharmaceuticals industry experience and knowledge will be a plus.
