They will be handling the operations side of the community.Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Collaborating with content writers and designers to plan and execute the content calendar and mailers on time 2. Creating and scheduling community postings, including webinars, live events, Facebook lives, and PR articles 3. Executing communication and promotion plans to drive traffic and engagement 4. Organizing online events such as baby showers, meetups, fertility events, etc. 5. Providing customer service by answering customer calls, handling queries and complaints, and collecting regular feedbackSkills & Requirements:1.
