Theres a strong focus on data design and architecture, and you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our systems and all related admin such as onboarding users and managing permissions. Theres a large role to play in quality assurance and testing and youll be responsible for management and resolution of incidents, ensuring they are escalated and resolved in a timely way, finding solutions for future proofing. Help execute delivery of a pipeline of requests from stakeholders, ensuring all requests are well defined, prioritised, clearly understood, and delivered to the highest possible quality.Who you ll be:A minimum of 3 years communications experience with a core focus on operational delivery using data & marketing automation tools Experience managing delivery across internal and 3rd party systems Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Swrve, or any other ESP and mobile communication platforms.
