Job Description

DescriptionCommercial Banking WLS team is responsible for working on the Operations and management reporting. This role will be responsible for measuring and analyzing the operational metrics and develop EMR, QBR s for the business. As a lead you will work as a member of a cross-functional team to improve the quality for the metrics. You will be responsible for building relationships with WLS partners and delivering actionable Business Intelligence in clear and compelling terms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Employee Scorecards, Capacity plans and prepare EMR s.
  • Collaborates and partners with WLS Team Leads, WLs operations India Team and Data and Analytics around Asset based costing and Turn around times.
  • Acts as a Data Steward (i.e., translates end-user data and report requirements to system requirements)
  • Creates and prepares periodic and ad hoc reports
  • Explores alternative ways of meeting user requirements through improved programming leveraging innovative tools and techniques and using best practices
  • Able to tell stories with the data, communicate effectively and instill confidence in recommendations to motivate stakeholders to take action
  • Builds, validates, and publishes operational reports and dashboards for the business
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or advanced degree preferred
  • 2-5 years in SQL, MSBI, Qlik, operational reporting or related banking experience
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to deliver reports and scorecards
  • Experience in data transformation preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business partners, and technical resources in data management
  • Preferred Hadoop and Impala/Hive experience
  • Results-oriented individual that can deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to meet project deliverables
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint/PitchPRO
  • Shoudl be flexible with EMEA shifts
