Job Description

Experience: 3-6 YearsLocation: BangaloreMust-Have:Good understanding of Accounting concepts and basics of GST / TDS.Experience in Collections.JD:Payment reminders and follow-ups to be done on daily basis through calls and emails. Escalate as appropriate.Co-ordinate with Legal to send letters for outstanding issues.Co-ordinate with Project Team to track the billing milestones for invoicing.Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to the customers.Provide suggestions and recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures.Weekly reporting of invoicing totals / aging totals / cash receipts / invoice adjustments etc.Ensure that MIS is shared with Business on a timely basisExperience of 4-5 years in the Collections.Possess knowledge of advanced formulas in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Well versed in English as well as Hindi. Should have good email writing skills.Excellent analytical and presentation skills, in order to create and present reports and data.Excellent inter-personal skills and customer relationship management.
