Contact center technology developer specializing in Cisco CVP IVR development and implementation in Cisco Understand contact center business requirements and design and build Cisco CVP based IVR applications Design, build and unit test applications on the Cisco UCCE Platform Closely work with application lead and delivery team for successful project implementations.
