• Drive the technical design and implementation aligned with our vision of a highly reliable and scalable cloud platform.
• Using the latest front-end development practices, youll build interfaces that allow the customer to best utilize the array of cloud security tools we offer.
• Experience in implementing mockups
• Work closely with the Product Manager, Product Architects, and Staff Engineers to ensure the best patterns and practices are used to design the industry-leading reliability of our software applications and services.
• Ensure product releases are of high quality, deliver excellent user experiences, and perform seamlessly at the scope.
• Ensure that all development practices are carried out as per the standards followed within the organization.
• Able to define architecture and design, and get under the hood of knowledgeable architectures, systems, and interface design
• You will bring a demeanor of developing simple solutions to complex problems
• Help recruit elite cloud engineers and collaborate with and mentor our robust team of cloud platform engineers.

Who are you You are a hands-on Software Engineer who enjoys wearing many hats, a self-starter who s willing to jump headfirst into the codebase and start improving it. This is a true generalist full-stack role. You re happy working in a continuous delivery environment and reaching out across teams to solve problems. You are comfortable working with the UI as well as working with AWS in general.Preferred:

• Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience
• You will be a Full-stack engineer with demonstrated proficiency in UI development using JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS and RESTful APIs exposed by microservices
• Strong understanding of JavaScript framework/React, CSS, HTML along with Python.
• Experience in developing extraordinary software products with User Interface catering to multiple personas and a strong user base for mid to large scope organizations
• Understanding of micro apps, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, continuous integration, and DevOps.
• Solid grasp of computer science/software engineering concepts around distributed computing and cloud computing paradigms
• Experience and proven track record in building/supporting/scoping solutions on a public cloud platform (AWS preferred).
• Expert-level programming expertise in Java, Python, Golang or other relevant languages.
• Expertise in application containers and runtimes such as Docker and Docker Engine.
• Experience in monitoring SaaS applications 24/7
• Expertise in alerting systems such as ElasticSearch, Cloud-watch, and Datadog or similar tools.
• Consistent record of having chipped into releasing, generally available software
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
• Excellent Interpersonal skills

Desirable:

• Hands-on AWS infrastructure experience.
• Experience in network security & access control
• Solid Knowledge of network protocols like TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS
