As a Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for building andmaintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximising their valuefrom our facility management services.Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their requirements andensuring effective communication between the client and internal teams. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers,building owners, and facility management teams. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growththrough upselling and cross-selling of services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues andconcerns. Monitor and analyses client feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing strategies to addressareas for improvement. Coordinate and oversee the execution of client projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment withclient expectations and company objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identifyopportunities for innovation and differentiation.Requirements: Bachelors degree. Proven experience in client management or customer service roles, preferably in the facilitymanagement or real estate industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectivelyengage with clients and internal teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs andresolving issues. Ability to multitask, priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
