Company: Primedi Private LimitedLocation: BTM 2nd Stage, BengaluruImmediate joining preferredJob Title: Insurance Claim Consultant/ Claim AssociatesExperience: 1-4 Years (Freshers welcome)Salary: 12k to 20k (depending on the skills and experience)*You will be responsible for handling the Reimbursement process and Cashless process for Health insurance/TPA companies on behalf of the customers.*You will be responsible to call customer care of Health insurance /TPA companies on behalf of the customers and collect required information regarding the insurance policy eligibility.*Responsible for frequently taking updates from insurance company/TPA about the status of the already submitted reimbursement claims.*You need to maintain a TAT of 30-40min (Turn Around Time) to eligibility requests received from the customer/Hospitals.*You will talk to customer care of different insurance companies and TPA on behalf of the customer to collect all the required details.Kindly share your resume with hidden_email
