You will be a key partner and process owner on key security issues including security assurance policies and standards working to deliver results.Experience 10 years Qualification What you bring to this role : A Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Information Management Systems, or related field; or equivalent in relevant work experience.10 years of progressive experience in various aspects of Information Technology Security and Governance roles, with a proven track record of IT Leadership and managing teamsCurrent or recent CISO responsibility or equivalent experience.Demonstrated success leading large scale initiatives / transformations across an enterprise.Current information security certifications like / equivalent to Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) OR Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) OR Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) would be an added advantage. Responsibilities What you will achieve in this role: Directing and approving the design of security systems.Ensuring that disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested.Reviewing and approving security policies, controls and cyber incident response planning.Approving and oversee identity and access management (IAM) policies.Understanding the IT threat landscape for the industry.Ensuring continued compliance with laws and applicable regulations.Scheduling periodic security audits and also conduct security awareness training to all personnel and enforce compliance.Managing all teams, employees and third parties involved in IT security, which may include hiring, training and mentoring security team members.
