Job Description

JD - UAT Analyst and Automation EngineerDigital Platform ServicesCross Product Change Services (CPCS) is a team reporting into Operations Transformation Group and the Digital Platform Services (DPS) organization. Our team will be responsible for accelerating and driving key programs focused on digital capabilities for our Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) line of businesses and clients, developing a more efficient and scalable infrastructure, enhancing our client experience and controls, and commercializing our firm s assets.Role Description Successful candidates will partner with LOB and domain experts; in a cross-business, cross-functional project based environment. The role will provide an opportunity to work on projects across the CIB DPS organization, rather than just a focusing on specific LOB. Additionally, successful candidates will be involved in initiatives specific focused on accelerating DPS s platform project priorities. They will also have significant exposure & visibility to senior management. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals with advanced problem solving and communication skill.Responsibilities:Key Skills Automation, testing & other toolsShould have an expertise in RPA applications like WinAutomation, and/or Automation Anywhere etc.Desktop as well as Web UI Automation experience

  • Should be well versed and able to write VB & Java scripting and Python / JAVA code
  • Complete understanding of UI automation and components
  • Should be familiar with Keyword driven and Data driven automation framework
  • Should be able to write, run and maintain Automation scripts with automation expertise
  • Exposure to HTML5, AngularJS and/or ReactJS UI is added advantage
  • Should be familiar of running automation in Continuous Integration & Development environment.
Working knowledge of SQL, Metadata and Big data will be an added advantage.Other skills & responsibilities Experienced in project planning with detailed milestones with risks/issues.Experienced in Agile model.Design and delivery Program Test approach for automation, its Implementation Strategy, Test Data Strategy, Test Environment Plans including estimations, test execution, defect management in a proactive manner.Strong Leadership and People Management.
  • Manage optimum utilization of resources with NIL impact to business
Simultaneously work on multiple initiatives across CIB CPCS prioritiesBuild effective relationship with key Digital and Business strategy leads; whilst being able to effective challenge them to move CPCS initiatives forwardGathering, analyzing and synthesizing feedback from LOB interaction to help drive DPS initiativesPartner closely with Operations, Technology and Product groups.Developing and syndicating recommendations to technology and program teams to accelerate change.
  • Work closely with Test manager and other stakeholders to deliver in line with Agile methodology
  • Responsible for timely and accurate reporting.
Able to gain and provide meaningful insight to project working group members on the specific focus areasStrong communication skills with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal updates on their work to colleagues, senior executives and clients.Actively drive and contributes to team meetings / conference calls with colleagues, stakeholders from other functions and clients / 3rd parties.Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and be self-motivating
