Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE is located in one of the cityxe2x80x99s most dynamic development that includes Four Seasons Private Residences, premium grade office space, sophisticated retail, dining and entertainment.About the role:The Chef De Partie is responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders ensuring consistent quality. This role requires a special talent and passion for ensuring the culinary team delivers the highest of culinary consistently, and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience. This role is part of the Kitchen Department, reporting into the Sous Chef.What you will do:Supervise the kitchen brigade to ensure the smooth running of the department; communicate effectively with staff and ensure they are fully briefed at all times.Control the quality and presentation standards of various outlets and the Staff Restaurant.Supervise and carry out refresher training on an on-going basis.
