Job Description

The role owner will act as a team contributor and have an aptitude to learn new technologies and love to push the boundaries in solving real problems. This individual will be responsible for building production quality and large-scale deployment of applications related to conversational AI and natural language processing on cloud-based environments.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build chatbots
  • Building applications using C# on MS Azure Cloud
  • Experience in building AI powered chatbot applications using the likes of Microsoft LUIS, IBM Watson Amazon Lex, Google DialogFlow cognitive services or NLP technologies
  • Proven development experience on Azure Cloud and/or IBM Cloud and understanding of other cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS Cloud
  • Proficiency in building conversational flows using MS Azure Bot Framework (LUIS, QNAMaker, Azure Search) and/or IBM Watson services (Assistant and Discovery)
  • Must be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of AI/chatbot ecosystem, tools and frameworks
  • Hands on experience of API integrations, Single-Sign-on and token-based authentication
  • Experience in integrating with SQL and NoSQL databases (DB2, Oracle, CosmosDB, Cassandra, MongoDB)
  • Good understanding of DevOps pipeline (Toolchain, Azure DevOps)
  • Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Write and execute test scripts to test the chatbot conversational flows
  • Maintain and enhance chatbot platform to support multiple Bot implementations on the same
  • Maintain documentation pertaining to Chatbot Conversational flows, Intents, Platform configurations and best practices
  • Integrate solutions with multiple platforms
  • Manage production support issues
Good to have:Experience of building solutions with latest front-end technologies (JavaScript libraries like React or Angular, CSS3, HTML5), Experience with Conversation UI / UXExposure to building applications using PythonSkills & Attitude:
  • Ability to quickly prototype ideas / solutions, perform critical analysis, and use creative approaches for solving complex problems
  • Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale
  • Excellent communication skill oral, written, presenting, creation of report outs etc.

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
  • Preferably Certified Cloud Developer (either Microsoft, IBM Cloud, AWS, Google)
  • Must have at least 4 years of work experience in C#/NodeJS
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in building AI powered chatbot applications using the likes of Microsoft LUIS, IBM Watson, Amazon Lex, Google DialogFlow cognitive services or NLP technologies
