    • Project Role :Infrastructure Engineer
    • Project Role Description :Assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : a-Track and drive follow-up of Open,aged incidents,Problem tickets and change tickets b-Participate in internal service management meetings,external meeting with the customer to report on service delivery metrics c-Drive/Assign incident coordinators to run service impacting bridge calls to ensure focused troubleshooting and timely updates to the customer d-Participate in the follow-up Problem management calls with customer, Drive CAB meetings e-Handle escalations with clients and manage client
        • Technical Experience : a-8-10 years of experience of service management for a Network Services with direct experience in facing technical clients, technical experience in the network and telecommunications area b-Proven track record of successfully managing teams c-strong interpersonal and communication skills d-Progress track common open issues with customer service fulfilment
        • Professional Attributes : a-Fluent business English is required b-Focus on determining and meeting the customer needs and demands, within the agreed support model and standards c-Positive and courageous style of communication
        • Educational Qualification : a-Bachelors / Masters degree of education
      • Additional Information : a-ITIL V3 certification PMP certification
