PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP IBSO Engineering is part of the global organization within SAP Innovative Business Solutions dedicated to delivering innovative custom solutions to meet our customers unique business process needs with SAPs Cloud Portfolio Products like SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba, Business ByDesign, Cloud for Customer, and Hybris.

SAP IBSO ENGINEERING is one amongst the very few teams in Labs India which gives you an exposure like a software enterprise combining the best of Product Development and Service based Project Delivery and has Sales/Presales functions apart from Software Development/Delivery & Support in its portfolio. You will be involved right from Business Development to Competitive Bidding, Signing Customer Contracts to Project Delivery, Go - Live and Support. The teams success is measured by effectively leveraging on the ability to deliver projects on - time, on - budget and with superior quality.

SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS:

• SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Sales and Service experience of 10+ years

• Strong architectural leadership on CEC solutions (especially C4C)

• Ability to lead workshops / drive functional discussions, strong communication skills

• Experience and involvement in scoping, analysis, design, development, customizations and implementation of SAP C4C solution (especially Sales and Service)

• Good understanding of SAP Cloud Applications Studio to carry out custom development on SAP C4C

• Familiar with the standard APIs exposed by SAP Cloud for Customer

• In depth understanding of mashups, webservices and integration with external systems

• SAP C4C Solution experience includes Account Management and Intelligence, Productivity and Personalization, Real - Time Analytics, Opportunity Management and Insight

• Familiar with Integration between C4C and CRM On Premise / SAP ERP either using HCI or PI

• Skill in ABSL, UI Script, UI designer in Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) to develop and deploy complex C4C (Cloud for Customer) solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Document business requirements and create process maps considering C4C Processes

• Define optimum solution approach for end to end process integration between C4C and external systems

• Suggest solutions to customer based on best practice and provide guidance on test plans and end - user documentation
