PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP IBSO Engineering is part of the global organization within SAP Innovative Business Solutions dedicated to delivering innovative custom solutions to meet our customers unique business process needs with SAPs Cloud Portfolio Products like SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba, Business ByDesign, Cloud for Customer, and Hybris.

SAP IBSO ENGINEERING India organization helps customers to maximize the value of their Cloud investments and ultimately help enhance their competitive advantage.

SAP IBSO ENGINEERING is one amongst the very few teams in Labs India which gives you an exposure like a software enterprise combining the best of Product Development and Service based Project Delivery and has Sales/Presales functions apart from Software Development/Delivery Support in its portfolio. You will be involved right from Business Development to Competitive Bidding, Signing Customer Contracts to Project Delivery, Go-Live and Support. The teams success is measured by effectively leveraging on the ability to deliver projects on-time, on-budget and with superior quality.

SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS:

• Minimum 10 years experience with 5+ years experience as Functional Consultant

• Minimum 3 full End to End implementation experience in SAP C4C Sales/service

• End to end - Functional aspects of CRM/C4C Process Knowledge

• C4C Sales scoping, configuration and fine-tuning skills

• C4C Service scoping, configuration and fine-tuning skills

• Domain Knowledge of at least two industries.

• Basic knowledge of cloud integration.

• Responsible for Requirement Gathering, configuration, testing and support.

• Should be able to respond to business / functional /technical queries / requests from team members and customer.

• Good Team working and learning Attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Document business requirements and create process maps considering C4C Processes

• Suggest solutions to customer based on best practice and provide guidance on test plans and end-user documentation
