If you are a good fit for one of our roles, a recruiter will reach out to you with next steps. We are hiring for two co-op cohorts, beginning in January 2022 and July 2022. Primary job responsibilities

  • Work closely with members of the team to understand data and reporting needs; create, refine, and maintain reports
  • Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives; innovate and implement large-scale quality improvements to processes or systems by conducting data analysis and making recommendations
  • Understand how to make data visually appealing and simple to navigate and comprehend for end-users
  • Work with vendors, including assessors and other third party organizations
  • Create internal communications that support global awareness efforts and update the teams intranet space
  • Evaluating, deploying, and working with community leaders in adopting new community management tools
Required skills
  • Ability to work full-time either January-June 2022 or July-December 2022
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, data analytics, computer science, or a related field; if you have graduated, be no more than 6 months past your graduation date
  • Passion for open source and working collaboratively
  • Passionate about the idea of telling data stories through visualization and dashboards
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
Any of the following are considered a plus:
  • Knowledge of the UNIX or Linux operating system in any distribution
  • Experience with SQL, Google Scripts, and Tableau
  • Experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, JavaScript, Gitlab
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms
  • Willingness to wear a lot of red
