Job Description

    You will be designing and optimizing financial accounting processes in our global ERP templates. In doing so, you compare existing processes and requirements. Based on a broad knowledge of technical standards, you will develop proposals for new finance processes for the ERP templates or the improvement for existing ones. You will align those changes with the corresponding business process owners and business leads. Moreover, you are a key contact for providing functional and technical support to key users, technical support personnel and operational management looking for expert knowledge in end-to end financial accounting processes. For authorization part your role is administration of a K2 authorization workflow, error handling, user queries, password reset, user unlocking, user distribution list maintenanc etc. Moreover you are responsible for preparation of audit documentation, review and testing of new and/or changed access profiles Who you are:University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Sciences or any related area is required6+ years of relevant work experience in finance accounting, preferably in a shared service center environment At least 3 years of professional experience in user/authorization management and/or master data management, or similar roleExpert-level knowledge in setting-up and using SAP FI preferably based on SAP S4/HANA With a sound data governance background, good understanding of business hierarchy concepts and workflow principlesExcellent English communication skills (oral and written) Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig (Shift Schedule: 3pm-12am),
