Job Description

The KYC Ops Business Process Analyst will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of key strategic and often cross-functional initiatives for the KYC Operations business. The role will require working with business partners and internal team on UAT testing, Production support and other key Business Analyst deliverables.The candidate should be detail-oriented, demonstrate strong organizational skills, be a self-reliant problem solver with operational support capabilities. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain key relationships and correspond with senior levels and across organizations.Key Responsibilities

  • Performs the User Acceptance Testing for KYC FCOI Applications including: TeDD, NAWA, 1STOP, SLD, CDAP Web Form and FCIP for monthly and quarterly releases
  • Responsible for Production Support and coordination with IMCC, Level 2 and Level 3 support
  • Conducts issue triage, research and sizing. Active participant in solutioning
  • Performs Business Analyst functions for strategic technology initiatives and supports the Product Owner in generating user stories
  • Performs Information Owner responsibilities for KYC FCOI Applications
  • Responds to Audit, Controls, Compliance and other testing requests to provide evidence, perform demos and explain system functionality
  • Continually drive product towards a meaningful balance between customer needs, business objectives and technical feasibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to senior stakeholders
  • Must be able to work independently and can direct the activities of matrixed team resourcesEmbrace a high-performance culture through effective proactive engagement and collaboration
QualificationsTechnical Skills:
  • Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and JIRA
  • Requires experience delivering technology solutions using Agile methodologies
Knowledge Base/Education:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent
  • 5-6 years experience in financial services industry with background in Business Analyst role preferred
  • Prior KYC/AML experience is an added advantage
