Job Description

    Job summaryAmazon.in is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join the Prime Partnerships business as a Business Operations Specialist. This position offers an exciting introduction to Amazon Prime and provides a training ground for success.You will primarily be responsible for driving end to end bizops for internal and external partnerships and solving challenging operational business goals. You will directly work with business, program & category managers and product & tech teams to execute partnership constructs that have a significant impact on Prime business.Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management. The candidate should have a track record of delivering results, experience processing large amount of data and report generation & management. The candidate should be clear and use data to drive their communication with stakeholders. The candidate should be able to resolve issues with reduced guidance.Key job responsibilities1. Create and configure promotions for internal & external partners2. Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to iterate on promotion constructs/inputs 3. Collaborate with Prime stakeholders for performance tracking of promotions4. Support Prime partnerships business team with KPI Dashboards, Reporting, Invoicing etc.5. Prepare monthly invoicing report for partners and coordinate with partners for accounts receivables.6. Collaborate with business & CS to handle partner/ customer escalations., Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS ExcelAttention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallelBachelor s degree and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experienceDesire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experienceExcellent analytical, problem solving and logical reasoning skillsExcellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature mannerInterest in e-Commerce/Online businessPassion for innovation, automation and operational excellence Knowledge of SQL is desirable Experience and ability to use Excel, Data Ware House. Experience in a Retail or e-Commerce environment is desirable Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams, where immediate constituencies include the Finance community, marketing business managers, customer service Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
