Job Description

Roles and Responsibilitieso IT industry experience with strong QA and expertise in US Healthcare domaino Experience as Test Lead in all phases of testing life cycle from initiation to closure of the project.o Agile/Scrum methodologies and SaFe certification nice to have

  • o Expertise in various Facets modules like Claims Processing, Plans and Products Testing, Benefit Administration, Premium Billing, Customer Service.
  • o Involved in Facets Output generation, Interface validations and Facets Migration Projects.
  • o Experience in performing Integration testing, System testing, Functional testing, User Acceptance & Regression.
  • o As a test lead proficient in overall Test planning & estimates, Test design & review, Progress Monitoring, Team Handling, managing multiple Projects, ensuring Quality of the deliverables as per schedule, documenting and analyzing Risks.
  • o Expert in analyzing Business Requirements, System Design and Functional Specification documents to prepare Test Plans and design Test Cases from business requirements.
  • o Hands on experience with queries using SQL, perform database testing and validate Group, its billing details and membership details
  • o Experienced in various Test Management tools such as qTest, ALM and QC to manage Test Cases, Test Execution and to track defects.
  • o Hands on experience in defect Management and status tracking process using various defect management tools like JIRA, ALM
