    Job descriptionWe are hiring for one of my clientRole- Business Development managerLocation- Bangalore(Hybrid)Roles Responsibilities:Client acquisitionResearch identified market, prospect, and acquire clients in the identified market to achieve Seller / Brand acquisition goals & targetsTrack progress against plan by implementing strong processes review mechanisms using well - defined metricsAccount ManagementLead achievement of active merchant targets through effective servicingEnsuring effective deployments, training and farming of merchants acquiredMap CompetitionMonitor competition activity in key accounts and ensure appropriate response strategies are formulated and implementedShare best practices internallyTeam And Stakeholder ManagementContributions in the areas of leadership development, employee engagement, organization development and capacity buildingWork with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Production, and Customer experienceRequirementsProven working experience of 3-4 years in sales/business development with at-least 2 years in Seller / Brand / Merchant acquisition and management.Strong ethics and discretion while dealing with customersDrive for result, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative to established targets and metricsStrong bias for action, problem solving and ownershipAbility to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and be a team playerExposure to the startup environment is an added advantage
