Job Description

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
    • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
    • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
    • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

    QUALIFICATIONS :
    • Experience in Sales.
    • Competency in English must be high.
    • Knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite and CRM softwares.
    • Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
    • Bachelors or masters degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
    • At least THREE (3) years of industry sales experience.
    • One to three years of management experience will be an added value for leadership roles.
