Job Description

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:Our team is widely distributed into many verticals such as banking, fintech, NBFCs, and other domains. You will have a very critical role to play as a Business Analyst for products and solutions in these verticals.Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders

  1. Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
  2. You should be comfortable in the chaos of a fast-paced environment. You should have a natural ability to get into details and hunger for execution excellence.
  3. You will have to interact frequently with other key stakeholders during the research, design, and development process to build the product vision, iterate the product, and partner on execution.
  4. Send out daily, weekly or monthly reports to all relevant stakeholders.
  5. Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
  6. Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
  7. Participate in the QA of solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.
  8. Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
Requirements
  1. B. Tech / MBA or equivalent experience
  2. Ability to operate in a very fast-paced, constantly changing, and evolving environment
  3. Good business smarts along with strong problem solving and metrics orientation
  4. User empathy, and deep understanding of Indian customers
  5. Good technical understanding with an ability to be hands-on with Engineering teams for implementation and trade-offs
  6. Crisp written and verbal communication skills
  7. Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
  8. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
  9. Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  10. Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
  11. Highly self-motivated and directed
  12. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
  13. Strong customer service orientation
