Job Details Description The Business Analyst is responsible for working with internal and external customers to define product features and work closely with the development and SaaS infrastructure teams to deliver requirements for E2open s Supply Chain Operating Network. The position involves managing and owning components of the E2open B2B Platform, marshalling enhancement requests through the E2open application lifecycle and ensuring successful roll- out.Position Responsibilities: Works closely with Professional Services, Sales teams and Customers to understand their needs and translate them into business and technical requirements. Work with cross functional teams in the coordination of delivery to plan. Contribute to the creation, prioritization and maintenance of the backlog Develop and foster relationships directly with internal key influencers/ leaders (e.g. key engineering leaders, professional services and sales engineering staff) to inform and execute product priorities. Take the lead in creating requirements and user stories for assigned product areas working with the development teams in alignment with the release process. Work with the E2open development team to agree upon the best design and implement the necessary product changes Work with the Engineering & QA team(s) to ensure that all release deliverables are tracking to plan and any issues are addressed promptly or escalated to senior management for resolution (with recommendations for resolution). Work with Product Communications team to deliver documentation to support the products usage in the field Ideal experience and knowledge: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with SaaS applications. Experience preferred in one or more of the following areas: B2B and/ or Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), API Gateway, Supply Chain software in the areas of Chanel Data Management, Collaboration, multi- enterprise partner network, B2B and community management, Knowledge of enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Infor, Transportation Management Systems, Supply and Demand Planning systems; especially from an integration point of view, will be considered a plus. Comfortable managing multiple requirements and influencing at all levels of the organization. Excellent written, verbal communication/ presentation and teamwork skills Experience with Agile/ SCRUM ALM processes and tools Experience working with UX/ UI teams designing a compelling customer experience in software preferred Bachelor s degree in a related field Qualifications Skills You are using an unsupported browser.
