Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Document and evaluate business processes to identify improvement opportunities and best practices
    • Identify opportunities to implement automation and standardization in QA and QC processes
    • Support development of standardized business oversight processes
    • Define governance and processes management frameworks
    • Provide cross CoE Initiative Management
    • Deliver consultative support to the business to mature QA and QC processes
    • Develop presentations / storylines to inform stakeholders of key metrics and statuse
    Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
    • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to listen effectively and credibly present ideas
    • Ability to own, coordinate and drive initiatives to completion
    • Experience in working with a large, complex organization to bring the appropriate stakeholders together, including the ability to interact with mid-level management
    • Strong project management skills with solid time management, organizational, planning and follow up skills
    • Robust analytical and problem solving skills, ability to effectively facilitate problem resolution
    • Experience with process mapping and analysis
    • Advanced skills in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
    • Strong team work and collaborative skills
